Do You Remember Your Past Life Or Any Part Of One?

Do you remember your past life? Most people do not clearly remember their past lives. Instead, they experience fragments — unexplained Déjà vu, strong gut feelings, recurring dreams, or instinctive knowledge of places, people, and skills they’ve never encountered. These vague recollections often only make sense once you consider the possibility of reincarnation. That said, some individuals — including the novel’s hero Marcus in One Great Year — retain memories of their previous incarnations, though most of us access past-life memories indirectly through past life regression.

Most people have spurts of remembrances that they can’t really define until they what are your past life experiencesconsider reincarnation. You, too, have a story of past-life occurrences. I am sure your past lives are lovely, if you could remember them. Once you remember them, past-life experiences can actually help you with issues in your current life. They can also challenge you and hold you back from your true purpose. One story of past-life journeys that depicts a roller coaster ride of emotion and action is the book “One Great Year”. It is an amazing award-winning book written by two wonderful friends, Tamara Veitch and Rene DeFazio.

Reincarnation is the belief that the soul, or some aspect of consciousness, survives physical death and is reborn into a new body and life. This idea appears across many spiritual and cultural traditions — from Hinduism and Buddhism, where karma and rebirth are central teachings, to ancient Greek philosophy, certain Indigenous beliefs, and mystical branches of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. Within these traditions, remembering a past life is often seen as rare but significant, a glimpse of the soul’s continuous journey through multiple lifetimes. It is precisely this framework — the soul cycling through incarnations — that gives past-life memories their meaning, since such recollections would make little sense without the underlying possibility of rebirth. In One Great Year, this concept is woven into an epic narrative of one soul’s repeated journey through history.

Evidence and Skepticism

Past-life memories remain a fascinating and debated topic. Researchers such as the late Dr. Ian Stevenson of the University of Virginia documented thousands of cases of children who claimed to recall past lives, sometimes with verifiable details about people, places, and events. Skeptics, however, point to alternative explanations like cryptomnesia (forgotten memories resurfacing), fantasy, confirmation bias, and cultural influence, noting that there is no scientifically accepted mechanism for reincarnation. Whether you view past-life memories as proof of reincarnation or as intriguing psychological phenomena, exploring them can still offer meaningful insights and healing in your present life.

What happens when two passionate writer-artists fall in love and decide to make an uncommon life together? Answer: the birth of an award-winning novel. This story follows a man who has retained the knowledge of his previous lives. He has become the protector of age-old world secrets held in sacred esteem. This task keeps him from truly enjoying his life. Danger, love, and intrigue follow him constantly. The story takes you to marvelous places, including ancient Bolivia, Greece, Egypt, the Mongol Empire, and Shambhala.

One Great Year is a true action story filled with ancient mystery, spirituality, and the timeless battle between good and evil, along with an epic love story.

Do you remember your past life? Our hero does. Join him in his adventures.”As the world descends from a Golden Age into darkness and brutality, Marcus has been reincarnated an exhausting number of times. Selected to become an Emissary, it is his duty to protect the world’s most sacred, long-standing secrets.” Listen to find out more… Learn more at http://onegreatyear.com/

Recall Techniques For Accessing Past Life Memories

If you are wondering whether you have lived before, several recall techniques can help you retrieve those memories. Past life regression, oftenDo you believe in past lives guided by hypnosis or a trained practitioner, is one of the most popular methods, allowing you to gently relax into an altered state where glimpses of other lifetimes can surface. Meditation is another powerful avenue — quieting the mind and asking an open-ended question like “Who was I before?” can invite images, emotions, or scenes to arise. Dreams are also a common doorway; keeping a dream journal and noting recurring places, faces, or historical details can reveal clues. Even spontaneous signals in your waking life — unexplained phobias, an instant familiarity with a place you have never visited, or skills that seem to come from nowhere — may be signs that a past-life memory is seeking your attention. With an open mind and a little patience, these techniques can help you start piecing together your own past-life story.

Healing Benefits Of Remembering Past Lives

Recalling a past life is not just curiosity — it can be genuinely therapeutic. Many people find that past-life memories surface because they hold the key to a present-day issue: a recurring fear, unexplained pain, a pattern of failed relationships, or a block to success that no conventional approach has resolved. By bringing these ancient wounds into awareness, you release the energy trapped around them, allowing deep trauma release and emotional healing. Past-life work can also shed light on karmic relationships, revealing why certain people trigger strong reactions in you and helping you resolve old debts and grievances with compassion. Perhaps most importantly, remembering who you have been reaffirms that your soul is eternal — that death is a transition rather than an ending — which brings profound comfort, reduces fear of death, and gives you a larger sense of meaning and purpose in your current life.

A Free Past Life Reading

A past life reading is a session—often conducted by a psychic, medium, or hypnotherapist—in which someone claims to access memories or impressions from your previous incarnations. During a reading, the practitioner may describe who you were, where you lived, and how those experiences shape your current life, relationships, and fears. Readings typically happen through guided meditation, hypnosis, or intuitive interpretation, and many practitioners now offer them online, sometimes with a free introductory session or sample reading so you can explore the concept before committing to a full session.
