Let me explain in a simple easy to understand way. You are responsible for the addiction because you are choosing the wrong foods and you create your reality around food. The reason you are choosing the wrong foods is that you probably don’t know better. We are so untrained and uneducated about food. What we learn about food usually comes from Tv ads that tell us how great a fast-food chain is. If you want to know how to stop thinking about food all the time just start eating balanced healthy meals and you will not feel a constant yearning. Stop worrying about food and start educating yourself on how your body works, what is good for it and what isn’t, like sugar. In this free card reading, this topic is discussed.
