Emotions are a very interesting thing because there is no tangibility there that one can see or touch. However, they are very powerful. They create your world. You create your own reality with the power of your emotions. The formula goes like this; your emotions become your thoughts so emotions plus thoughts become actions. Actions create results that are your reality. E (emotions) +T (thoughts) +A (actions) = R (reality) So letting go of fear and anxiety, releasing stuck thoughts and emotions, are very important otherwise there could be some dire consequences in your reality. You can see knowing how to release fear-based thinking and feeling would be a powerful tool for building a happy fulfilling life.
You can do some simple exercises to release fear and I do not mean the sit-up type of exercise. One of them and probably the most powerful is learning to live in the present. The easiest way to this is to practice a guided meditation for fear and anxiety, otherwise known as a grounding meditation. Positive affirmations work also. There is a wonderful saying also the name of her bestseller, “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers. More than 95% or more of what you fear will never come about. The other percentage you can learn to handle. Remember FEAR equals False Evidence Appearing Real. In this free card reading response, some sage advice is given. “I’ve got a question from D.; when will anxiety cease. This is an anxious-looking character on the card that came up (the card is displayed on the screen) for you all right. It looks like this character is looking, it’s communication or going a bit crazy and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Let’s take a look at you and you’re feeling of anxiety. If you haven’t checked out my free grounding podcast. There is more than one. There’s probably about four or five of them. Go on to the podcast feed on dr.lesleyphillips.com and search for grounding.
Or find the free meditation (link included below) toolkit because I am seeing that meditation would really help you. Then if you like the techniques that you sample there are some great courses. One of them is called Practical Meditation. The other ones are called Unlock Your Intuition. I’m seeing that your anxiety is caused by a lack of focus, a lack of energetic focus that your Energy is very ungrounded and very scattered in many things. It’s just this constant jittery feeling in all these different things. I’m not seeing you be in your body. I’m not seeing you are grounded. I’m not seeing you are centered.
I’m seeing that life feels crazy as a consequence and that your body feels very afraid because you’re not taking charge energetically. While your energy is spread out it looks like um there’s just a whole bunch of energies and frequencies that can flow through your body that is not you and it scares your body. So where the communication comes in, I feel, is to start communicating with your body. Start connecting with your body. Start being in your body! If you find that difficult, which it looks like, doing meditation will help you. Grounding will help you. It looks like something’s going on with you.
You might wish to seek out some healing as well because it looks like does this and things that you’re avoiding dealing with.
