Are you Happy? Do you actually know how to be happy, how to maintain emotional health, to actually be in conscious control of the state of your mental and emotional health? Many of you walk around this life and are just not happy. As a matter of fact, you are on the verge of outright depression. I know this because I receive the questions and the requests for help from many of you.
There is a relationship between happiness and mental health. The answer to how to improve emotional health and how to improve mental health are identical. It is all about learning to contact your spiritual being that is the core of who you are, your higher self. This part of you is THE actual you and does not suffer from these inflictions. The simplest way to access your higher self is a practice of meditation. In this response to a free card reading question, you will hear the direction given. It could apply to you. Why not listen in, after it can’t hurt.

Do You Feel Too Much Anxiety?
“I have a question from C in Uppsala in Sweden who wants to know; what can I do to improve my mental health. The card that came up (the card is displayed on the screen) in response is to do with tuning in to your guidance and communicating with your spirit guides. So let’s take a look. What I want to say to you are a few different things.
Meditation is really great for helping to assist you with your mental health. In fact, they’ve done scientific studies on this and it’s been proven through all sorts of studies that meditation can benefit mental health. It alters the brain in many positive ways. The other thing I’m seeing that meditation can help you with is connected with your higher guidance. It looks like you know somewhat. You don’t say specifically what your mental health issues are but it looks like at least a couple of things coming to me.
One is some depression or feeling of darkness within the body. Meditation can help you bring your energy into the body and let go of the past time energy that’s causing the depression or the feeling of darkness. But it can also help you connect with your own higher guidance and also be discerning about what guidance to listen to. Because sometimes there can be many different voices or sources of information but it can be confusing. Who can I trust? You can always trust yourself, your own inner voice your own higher self. So we should always start with that.
You should always start with that form of guidance a way before developing your abilities to listen to other voices. Be discerning as well about what is a trusted voice and what isn’t. I’m seeing that it looks like you’re dealing with a few different influences and learning the meditation can help you be discerning about what is a trusted source, especially how to connect with your own higher self.
