I am sure that you have to have heard that some of the most important things in life are free. This is very true. Can you name the three most important things in your life today? So why do
would you waste your time on foolishness. I am not saying don’t have fun. I did hear a quote once that stated, “if you truly enjoy doing something, it is never a waste of time.”
So I do think that prioritization may be of importance since life is precious and very fleeting. Don’t waste your time and energy on frivolous things.
I would say you, like most people, will consider that family is the most important thing in life. So are you spending enough quality time with them? The reality is that you are probably not. The issue is not you. It is more than your personality or character. It is because you are not really present. To be present, you must be grounded, and it does not necessarily come naturally.
Have you ever seen a branch flowing down a set of rapids or on a fast-moving stream? It may go this way than that. It has no control of its own. It moves at the will of outside forces. This is similar to us when we are not grounded.
It would be best if you ground yourself, or you will be like that stick. Have no understanding of what’s important to you in life. You may be unfamiliar with how to ground yourself. Grounding techniques are abundant; however, the best is a short meditation. There is a link at the bottom of the page that will take you to a free meditation. I see that that would be helpful for you because at the moment you are ungrounded. I’m seeing that it may be that you, it looks like you, are you communicating as Spirit with some different beings.
