We all look in the proverbial mirror at times and see someone that we are having a problem liking or loving. self-worth, self-confidence, self-love are all symptoms of the inability of releasing self-judgment. It mostly stems from ego and what we think we should be like. Ego is an interesting human nature. It can build us up or tear us down. The interesting thing is that it is the basis of who we actually are, the id, theme. Overcoming self-judgment may difficult and also easy depending on the issue and what your belief system is around it. Do you think you have an issue letting go of negativity or are you really good at it? Guess what? Either way, it is a self-judgment and it can really affect all aspects of your life even your health. “Well hello! L in New Zealand in Auckland and she says I had a breast screen scare. I’m waiting for further investigation. Will I be alright and did the pain of my past cause me to manifest this because I’ve got all sorts of things going on since I met my ex. Well the card that came up for you L is this one here (the card is displayed on the screen) which is about self-forgiveness. We’ll take a look. I am seeing that it’s a really appropriate card because it looks like one of the things that you’ve been doing in this period of time. Seems what you’re talking about is judging yourself. It looks in particular judging yourself for not putting yourself first, judging yourself for not nurturing yourself. Judging yourself for not speaking up when you disagreed with a situation or something.

The breasts typically represent nurturing and I’m just seeing that this has to do with self-nurture, self-care, loving yourself, putting yourself first enough. Also having some boundaries and speaking your authentic truth. So I’m seeing it’s like your inner voice got held down. It is like you’re your own needs got held down. There’s a part of your consciousness that is blaming you for not being better or not approaching your life differently. Of course, we’re not perfect. We’re here on this planet and we’re learning. I’m just seeing that what you’ve been learning about are the two things. I see putting your own needs first and being able to express how you authentically feel about things. You don’t let go of judgment and forgiving yourself, which is what this card is suggesting.
