Are you able to let go of your fears and anxieties? Actually letting go of fear and anxiety is probably one of the best gifts you could ever give yourself. Fear keeps you trapped and mostly in the past and the future. Something has happened and you wallow in it. The fear of the repercussions of the event whirl around in your head, just spinning your wheels. Some of these thoughts may be of things that are going to happen and in your mind, they will bring on certain doom. Conquering the spirit of fear can be a challenging thing to accomplish but there is hope.
Are you aware that 95%, and plausibly more, of the things that you fear will most probably never happen? So are you holding yourself back because of ‘False Evidence Appearing Real’ (FEAR)? If you feel that it is time to experience how to release the fear of living life the way you want then I have some wonderful news for you. One of the best affirmations for fear and anxiety is simply “feel the fear and do it anyway” which is a wonderful book by Susan Jeffers. There are other ways that you can leave fear and most other negative emotions behind and that is a meditation practice. “I’ve got a question from J in Australia in Brisbane who says; how do I release myself from fear and be the person that I am destined to be? We got this curious card that came up which is one of its meanings. This card (the card is displayed on the screen) has to do with reincarnation. I’m curious to find out if your fear is based on one of your past lives. Let’s take a look. Well, I get this image. It’s like you’re standing on the top of the cliff and you’re looking at all the land spread out in front of you. It looks very exciting and it looks very bright. You know you have a purpose. You know you’re meant to move into it and explore it. You know you create experiences as you go. I see you’re standing on this cliff and you’re holding yourself back. To me, it feels like this lifetime is like many other lifetimes. That you had many lifetimes with that same flavor of being helped there. Being a pioneer and exploring and really living life to the max and the full / of course sometimes that’s got you into all sorts of different situations.
We don’t necessarily mean to go into those situations and what they have been. I’m seeing that there’s a whole collection of them. It looks like you just almost collected them all up and said these are the things that have held me back. These are the different things that have held me back and this lifetime I want to go beyond where I’ve gone before. I want to transcend all these things that I’ve encountered before that you know we’re a stumbling block. I don’t want them in my way. So I could challenge you to step through that. Honestly, there are just these two books that spring to mind and not necessarily that you need to read them.
One of them is called ‘Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway’, by Susan Jeffers and the other one is called ‘Screw It Let’s Do It’ by Richard Branson. It’s all about that idea of okay I’m afraid that I’m going to go for it anyway. You know often the fear of something is worse than the doing it itself. Really your challenge to yourself, the block, is the fear and the challenges to overcome the fear. It’s part of your life path to do so.
