    I’ve done loads of processing in my body (I’m a somatic therapist so I know very much how to get in my body) on this hurt and it’s helped to a point. Some of the worst perpetrators were in my family so I feel I have to keep seeing them on the odd occasion which I hate doing. If I didn’t (I realise I am choosing to but not would involve losing my whole family). They are not open to communication – I’ve tried – and are very likely to re abuse – alot of narcissism. So the only solution has been to detach and try and move on – which believe me is NOT my style. I will try meditation.
