How do I know if I have a spirit guide? Simply, you do. Everyone has spirit guides and even angels waiting in the background. If you are wondering how to communicate with your spirit guide that is very simple as well. Just ask. Walking meditations are a great way to be able to talk to spirit guides and angels. The first thing is to ask for the introduction. Ask a question like “who are you”? Then basically just relax, take a few deep breaths, focus on the question and your spirit guide will come through.
It is not much different than speaking with an individual in this reality. Your spirit guides and angles love helping you. So you may be unsure of how to ask your spirit guides for help? They actually are just waiting for you to ask for their assistance. All you need to do is ask and listen. Or again do that waking meditation. Just like with people there are many types of spirit guides. Some have a sense of humor, some are there to help teach, some are there to help you with healing yourself and others. Some may even be spirits that have lived on the earth. In this free card reading, you will hear the response that has to with this topic. Are You Afraid You Are All Alone?
A lot of people wrote to me this week about spirit guides. So I wanted to do a video that would talk about guides. One of the questions was from S.I. Who wanted to know; who her main spirit guide for spiritual evolution. Another question was from someone who wants to know if their angels are with them. And another one who’s called B. Who wants to know; is it crazy to think that God or Jesus might have a message for her.
So let’s talk about all of these questions together. Let’s start with the one who’s asking ‘are my angels with me’. We all have assistance from what we might call higher beings who act as tour guides as we live our physical lives. They are always available to us. Whether we call them angels, whether we call them ascended masters, whether we call them spirit guides there are so very many of them. More than you can fathom. We have their support throughout our lives. They are present. They are outside of time and space so they’re not really in a place. They are definitely aware of you and what you’re going through. They are definitely available to you to help you. So yes your angels are with you.
Then ‘ no’ it’s not crazy to think that God or Jesus would have a message for you. God is Source Energy. God is everything. God is kind of beyond our understanding as humans. We all, every single one of us, have our own unique direct connection with Source Energy, with our personal God. We can communicate with the god of our heart anytime we wish. God will respond. You know I’m seeing that your God is loving you and supporting you, the same thing with Jesus. Jesus is a wonderful spiritual teacher and spiritual master who is available to everyone on earth who is attracted to communicate with him. So let’s see if there is a specific message.
