Are You Afraid Some Else Is In Control?
“Hello! I get a lot of people who apply to have a video card reading done who want to ask about their past lives. They want to ask about reincarnation. Usually what they ask is ‘tell me about my past life’ or ‘who was I in a past life’. of course, that’s like asking what’s the length of a piece of string because you know most of you have had many, many, many past lives, sometimes thousands of past lives. There was not just one person that you were in a past life. So when I perform a past life reading what I do is I look at you as you are right here right now, in the current incarnation. I look at the major spiritual growth cycle that you’re in.
What’s happening to you in this life right here, right now? Because in any life we go through many cycles of growth and change just like we go through the reincarnation cycle lifetime after lifetime. Within the lifetime itself, there are cycles of growth and change. It’s really important to structure the past life reading so that it is of relevance to whom you are right here right now. Because a past life that I could read today that makes sense to you today may not have been relevant if I was giving you a past life reading ten years in the past or ten years in the future. So to do a really great past life reading I need to do a little bit of reading on you, who you are right here right now, and then identify past lives that map directly to what’s going on in your life right now. So that you’ll be able to use that information in a practical way that does make sense to whom you are now.
It’s of no use finding out that you were, um, I don’t know the Queen of Sheba if the life of the Queen of Sheba bears no relevance to the life that you are living now. We always want it to make sense to you as you are today. We want to describe the lifetime in enough detail that it paints some pictures about some specific things that you were learning about. Then we want to talk about how that makes sense in terms of today.
