Frequently Asked Questions About Dr. Lesley's Affiliate Program
What is an Ambassador Program?
It is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more Ambassador for each visitor or customer brought by the Ambassador's own marketing efforts and, in this case, results in a sale.
How does the Dr. Lesley’s Ambassador Program work?
As an “Ambassador”, you will promote Dr. Lesley Phillips’s free webinar "Awaken Your Intuition." You, the Ambassador, will be provided links and landing page with ready-made HTML and URL codes that can be used to market the product (Awaken Your Intuition webinar). When an Ambassadors guest clicks the signs up for the webinar, through The Ambassador's link, attends the webinar and subsequently makes a purchase of the offered product "Unlock Your Intuition" course the guest will be tracked to the Ambassador automatically. You will receive a 40% Commission Rate after the 30 day Guarantee Period. (See "What is the commission rate that Dr. Lesley pays and when do I receive it?")

What are the tools available to me?
Once you become an Ambassador you will have access to your landing page, marketing materials, discount coupons and guest bonus gifts.
What is the commission rate that Dr. Lesley pays and when do I receive it?
The Ambassador will receive a commission of 40% for every sale of "Unlock Your Intuition" course made from the guest attending the webinar.make from your efforts of supplying guests that register or buy the product outright (described in the Ambassador Agreement).
The Ambassador will receive the commission after the expiry of the Guarantee Period.
Is there a payment option for the guests?
The Ambassador’s commissions are calculated and paid based on money received. Guests have the option to purchase the product up front and in full, or via 3 monthly installments through a payment plan. The Ambassador will receive commissions in accordance with this schedule
What is the Guarantee Period?
Product purchases include a guarantee period of 30 days. Purchasers can request a full refund and will receive their money back provided the refund was initiated within 30 days of course enrollment. Once the refund is approved their course membership is disabled. The Ambassador will not receive any commission for your guests who request and receive a refund.
Is there any discount or bonus options?
If the Ambassador would like we can offer a 10% discount coupon that is gifted to the Ambassador's potential guest. The caveat here is that the Ambassador's commission (40%) will be paid on the after discounted price of the course.
We have a selection of e-books (1 per guest) that you can offer as a gift for attending the webinar.
The list of e-books will be supplied to the Ambassador.
There will be a special and specific “from Ambassador bonus,” that only Ambassador guests can/will receive, for those Ambassador guests that purchase the offered, paid program. These may change on occasion. The Ambassador will be advised.
What are the forms of receiving my commission payments?
Payments can be sent either through PayPal.
Is there any fee or registration cost to join the program?
No. Dr. Lesley’s Ambassador Program is absolutely free to you and has no member costs whatsoever.
Do I require a website to join the program?
Of course not! The Ambassador will receive the Ambassador's very own tracked “Ambassador” page link, http://yoursite.thinkific.com/ref=123456 (your code) to advertise Dr. Lesley’s webinar wherever you chose. However if the Ambassador wishes they can advertise on Social Media (at his/her cost):
- Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest etc.
- Pay per click advertising: using keyword and key phrase purchasing for search engines such as Google.
- Emails: the Ambassador can use email marketing campaigns. If the Ambassador chooses this method we firmly insist the Ambassador does not spam.
However the Ambassadors guests must register online for the webinar, using the Ambassador's specific link, in order to be tracked (see, “How are my sales tracked?”).
How do I access my tools?
The Ambassador can access the Ambassador's tools in the Ambassador's back office after the Ambassador enrolls by following these instructions.
- Log in to your account here http://school-of-intuition.thinkific.com/
- Click on the link in the upper right corner that says "Affiliate."
- A menu of 4 options will appear on the left of your screen.
- You can choose to view "General Affiliate Information," access your "Affiliate Links" to provide to your guests, see your "Financial Reports" for commissions and payouts or choose "Settings" to view your Affiliate Code and other information.
The Ambassador can access all other information, such as links to free gifts for the Ambassador's guests by following these instructions.
How are my sales tracked?
As an “Ambassador”, the Ambassador landing page has a unique link that is tracked by our third party software. It is fully automated and accurate.
This will happen even if the Ambassador guest doesn't sign up for a webinar at first. If they return at a later point and make a purchase it will be credited to the “Ambassador” that sent them. If two “Ambassadors” claim the same guest then the first recorded Ambassador, captured by cookies or submission date will be awarded the commission. The first guest visit to our website registration page is the deciding factor.
Your traffic, statistics and sales are tracked automatically and accessible to you at any time.
Are cookies used?
When a guest first visits the webinar sign up page we drop a cookie on to their device. If they reached the webinar sign up page via an “Ambassador” link, the cookie contains this information.
When the guest creates an account for the webinar sign up page they will have the referrer attached to their user profile if this information was present in the cookie. Course purchases by this student will be credited to the “Ambassador” that sent them.
If by chance the user visits the webinar sign up page but doesn't sign up right away, the cookie will last for 30 days (unless they clear their cookies sooner).
Clarity: the cookie from the first visit must be present when the guest signs up for the “Ambassador” to receive credit. Once they sign up and the link is established on the user profile, the cookie is redundant and the “Ambassador” will receive credit for any future orders.
